I received the schedule for Sonoma Mtn Kyudo. Finally it is almost here. I have been waiting for this! I had wanted to attend this last year but could not. I saved since then to attend this year. It is not that costly but when one is watching funds…I’ll say no more. Then the timing, with the Heart Zen retreat next week, How was I going to pull of both? It is a blessing several things worked out so I could attend both. I guess the Force wants me in training. and training it is…wakeup @ 4:45 brutal!!!!
As for the schedule, OMG! There is no free time that I can see. Day or night, everything is planned out. When can I do my Tai Chi , reading, play my flute, take Pictures, update my blog! Sigh, Well it is not a vacation, it is a learning trip for mind, body, spirit. It is training. Shisuk says all the time, training is not suppose to be fun. It is training! You want fun go to the Gym. This is Martial Art.
